Single-purpose welding equipment
Single purpose welding equipment is destined for automated welding in series production. There are utilised classical welding processes, i. e. TIG, MIG/MAG or plasma welding and other methods. Single-purpose machines are optimum designed in accordance with customer´s needs and meet the demanding criteria laid on safety and work hygiene. These machines are controlled by PLC/PC control system with a special software. Complex delivery includes the designed workplace set up, optimisation of processed material flow, transport, installation of equipment and training of operators. Permanent technical assistance is provided. As welding power sources, exclusively the products of renown manufacturers are utilised. The equipment is supplied as „turn-key“ deliveries.
