Certification of quality systems
The Certification Body for certification of quality systems at the FIRST WELDING COMPANY Inc Bratislava has been accredited by the Slovak Accreditation Service (SNAS) in accordance with general requirements of EN ISO IEC 17021:2006 for certification of quality management systems in accordance with technical requirements of ISO 9001:2008, eventually ISO 9001:2000 – Certificate on accreditation No. Q-033 and for certification of quality systems in welding in accordance with technical requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 3834-2,3,4:2005, eventually ISO 9001:2000 a ISO 3834-2,3,4:2005 – Certificate on accreditation No. Q-035.
Certification of quality systems in welding in accordance with technical requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 3834-2,3,4:2005, eventually ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 3834-2,3,4:2005 is performed by the Certification Body in following cases:
The company management has pledged that it will create all conditions for Certification Body assuring unbiased and trustworthy assessment and independent certification activity. The Certification Body does not impose the unacceptable financial or other conditions, it insists on keeping non-discriminating procedures of assessment and certification at the applicant clients. The procedure of assessment and certification as well as the financial matters are agreed contractually with the applicant for certification of quality systems always at the very beginning of entire process.
1. The accreditation scope of the Certification Body for certification quality systems:
- certification of quality systems in welding in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 3834-2,3,4:2005, eventually ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 3834-2,3,4:2005 is performed simultaneously with certification of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, eventually ISO 9001:2000.
